Project Overview
Implemented the Smarten Analytics platform for Nepal Police to consolidate crime, HR, and operational data from police departments across the country into a single source of truth. Delivered HR dashboards (personnel, training, inventory, weapons), crime analytics modules (DIRS & CCIS) with GeoMap heatmaps and trend analysis, and an advanced analytics layer with snapshot anomaly detection, predictive crime forecasting by time and location, and NLP-driven clickless self-service analytics — accessible via web and mobile.
