Project Overview
Techlead delivered a GIS-enabled Enterprise Resource Planning platform for Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) — one of the fastest-growing smart cities in India. At its core is a fully integrated GIS layer that maps every civic asset, infrastructure project, and service zone onto live city maps, giving administrators spatial intelligence they can act on. From property assessment and building permissions to water network management, drainage mapping, road maintenance tracking, and citizen grievance resolution — every module is spatially aware. The platform consolidates all departmental data into a single real-time view, enabling PCMC to monitor city performance, allocate resources, and respond to citizen needs with precision.
