Techlead implemented a large-scale ERP system for Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) — integrating and digitizing the full spectrum of civic administration across departments. The platform spans property tax management, water supply operations, waste management, building permissions, and citizen services — all connected through a unified system with real-time management dashboards, operational analytics, and GIS-based spatial intelligence. Senior leadership gained live visibility into city operations for faster, more accountable decision-making, while citizens gained digital service touchpoints that reduced counter queues and improved service delivery timelines across the smart city.
